When your profile is done and ready, you will receive a link on email – follow link and create a password. In case you forget your password then press “forgot password”
When you have logged in, you need to approve the agreement that says – pending approval – Then download the app HumanizeR – HR, which give you access to see open shifts, calendar, bookings and pay slips.
When you are logged in to your profile, press calendar – you can update weeks at the time or days individually. Add the specific hours that you are free to work, put all day or put “time off” on days when you are not available to work. It is important that no days are blank. Watch the video or find manual on how to update calendar here
First step is to update calendar, so we can see when you are available to work. Check app for shifts that matches you and show interest by putting “yes” – When there’s a match we will text or call you before booking you, and you have to confirm. Once you have received the booking confirmation, the shift is yours. Note that showing interest does not reserve the shift for you.
You are paid every 14th day – 14 days behind – so If you worked in week 2+3 you will be paid Friday in week 5. Payment is always Fridays in uneven weeks. Check online calendar to see which weeks you have worked and find payment calendar here. Pay slips are also on your profile
When you need to cancel a shift due to illness, ALWAYS call 53531199 (never text us) If you cancel correctly, and meet the other conditions, you are entitled to sickleave after 8 weeks. When calling outside of office hours, please leave a message on the voicemail.
